These terms govern your use of this website and any service you buy from us. By placing an order you agree to them.

What we provide
We provide automated business services: accounting and management reporting, CIPC filings, custom-drafted legal and HR documents, business plans, tender services and CV generation. Each service page sets out what is included at each price.
We do not provide legal, tax, financial or investment advice.
We are not a law firm and do not act as your attorney. Our documents are drafted automatically from the information you supply, against South African legislation. For complex, disputed or high-value matters, have the document reviewed by an admitted attorney before relying on it. Reports and business plans are informational and do not constitute advice on which you should rely without professional input.
Your responsibilities
- The information you enter must be accurate, complete and your own to provide.
- You are responsible for reviewing any document before you sign, file or rely on it.
- You may not resell, redistribute or republish our documents as your own product.
- You must not use our services for any unlawful purpose.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed by Paystack. We do not see or store your card details. Your order is only confirmed once payment is successfully received.
Delivery
Most services are delivered automatically by email within minutes of a completed intake form. CIPC filings depend on CIPC processing times, which are outside our control. If a delivery fails, contact us and we will resend or reprocess at no charge.
Subscriptions
Subscription services renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time and the service continues until the end of the period already paid for. We do not pro-rate part months. Cancel from your account or by emailing us.
Intellectual property
The documents we generate for you are yours to use in your own business. The underlying templates, engines, scoring models, wording libraries and website content remain our property and may not be copied, scraped or resold.
Availability
We aim to keep the platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, third-party outages and factors outside our control may cause downtime.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost tenders, refused funding or penalties imposed by a third party. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction.
Complaints
Contact us first at admin@lightbizhub.co.za. We acknowledge complaints within two business days and aim to resolve them within ten. If we cannot, you may approach the National Consumer Commission.
